The 30-Night Chill Guarantee
We want your pet to love their DozyPaw. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How to start a return or refund
- Email hello@dozypaw.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
- We'll reply within 24 hours with simple next steps. In many cases — especially for minor issues — you won't even need to ship anything back.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.
What's covered
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong item or wrong size/color shipped
- Change of heart within 30 days (item in clean, unused condition)
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse or heavy chewing/clawing beyond normal use
- Normal wear after extended use
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Hygiene note
For everyone's safety, returned items should be clean. If a mat has been heavily soiled we may offer a replacement or partial refund rather than asking you to ship it back.
