The 30-Night Chill Guarantee

We want your pet to love their DozyPaw. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How to start a return or refund

  1. Email hello@dozypaw.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with simple next steps. In many cases — especially for minor issues — you won't even need to ship anything back.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.

What's covered

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Wrong item or wrong size/color shipped
  • Change of heart within 30 days (item in clean, unused condition)

What's not covered

  • Damage from misuse or heavy chewing/clawing beyond normal use
  • Normal wear after extended use
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Hygiene note

For everyone's safety, returned items should be clean. If a mat has been heavily soiled we may offer a replacement or partial refund rather than asking you to ship it back.
