Free shipping across the US

Every DozyPaw order ships free within the United States — no minimum, no promo code needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

• Continental US: typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Alaska & Hawaii: typically 10–16 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates and can vary slightly during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking link, sent by email once your package ships. You can follow your order from dispatch to doorstep at any time.

International

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@dozypaw.com (a photo helps for damage) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
